And an idea from the StyleBubble blog: making pom-poms with cardboard pieces and scraps of fabric. Curl up cardboard into a circle (I knew I should've saved those TP rings!), staple, and then tie scraps all around it? From there, tie string to the ring and hang the pom-pom from a purse or one's neck or tie around shoes to make 'em funky, perhaps? It's another DIY I have to try.
And I did make some recycle-based loop-earrings (circular pieces of plastic bottle with fabric wrapped around & stapled/glued). I should take some pics of those & plop 'em on here, eh?
